ABOUT US
Ed Mofrad
CPA, CVA
Ed Mofrad is the president and founder of Mofrad Financial Solutions. The firm specializes in Tax, Investments, Business Valuation and Medicare.
Prior to establishing the firm in 1996, Mr. Mofrad was a federal government agent with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Before the IRS, he was an Auditor with the Defense Contract Audit Agency. His private industry experience includes working as a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young (Bangkok), and as a Security Analyst with Sun Hung Kai (Bangkok).
From a family of pedagogues, and born with a natural love of teaching, Mr. Mofrad’s teaching resume includes instructing at Bangkok University, and as an adjunct in his Alma Mater, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he earned his BS in Accountancy, and his MBA with a concentration in Finance.
Milton Rodriguez
SVP, Financial Advisor
Milton Rodriguez is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA). He graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Master of Science in Taxation.
Milton serves as a Senior Vice President at Mofrad Financial Solutions and works with business owners by blending tax strategies with financial planning to value beyond tax preparation. He joined Mofrad Financial Solutions in 2017 and has worked with hundreds of clients throughout his tenure. In his free time, Milton enjoys rock climbing and hiking.
